we proudly presented our original English play, “The Creative Chime,” for the Hong Kong School Drama Festival. It was a journey filled with laughter, music, and heartfelt reflection.
The Story in a Nutshell:
Set in a school obsessed with standardized learning, a group of creative students forms a secret club—only to have it shut down. But during a crucial academic contest, they get their chance to collaborate with the “model students,” proving that true excellence comes from uniting logic with creativity. A huge thank you to every member of our cast and crew, on and off stage. This play was truly brought to life because each student stepped into the spotlight and shared their unique talents— whether through acting, singing, imaginative ideas, or teamwork behind the scenes. You made this story about creativity, inclusion, and collaboration shine in the most vibrant way. We are also deeply grateful to our wonderful parent volunteerswho came early in the morning, teachers, and tutor to help with makeup and costumes. Your support made our backstage run smoothly and allowed our students to shine with confidence on stage. It was especially meaningful to see our Principal,our parents, and our supportive fourth-grade students in the audience, cheering us on.
No matter the result, we’ve created something unforgettable together.
